{"id":4074,"date":"2026-03-17T09:19:57","date_gmt":"2026-03-17T08:19:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/danilomihajlovic.styleweb.site\/telo-i-emocije\/"},"modified":"2026-03-17T10:39:06","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T09:39:06","slug":"telo-i-emocije","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/danilomihajlovic.styleweb.site\/sr-lat\/telo-i-emocije\/","title":{"rendered":"Telo i emocije"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nakon osam godina rada kao psihoterapeut i dosada\u0161njeg iskustva \u017eivota u Pravoslavnoj veri, stekao sam utisak da veliki broj ljudi <strong>sopstveno telo ne ose\u0107a kao svoje<\/strong> i da su im emocije koje se u telu javljaju postale potpuno nepoznate. To su klasi\u010dne posledice trauma, kako malih tako i onih velikih. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dStalno ose\u0107am <strong>neki nemir u grudima<\/strong> i kao da mi celo telo bridi\u2026 Onda mi <strong>srce ubrzano kuca<\/strong> i ose\u0107am kao da \u0107u se onesvestiti\u201d.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dMeni je uvek neka <strong>napetost u grlu<\/strong>, kao neko <strong>gu\u0161enje\u2026 <\/strong>Neka <strong>knedla koja me gu\u0161i i pritiska<\/strong>\u201d&#8230; re\u010de Milana i proguta suze koje su \u017eelele da iza\u0111u.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dU stomaku mi stalno kuva i bude neki sna\u017ean <strong>bol u \u017eelucu\u2026<\/strong>\u201d izusti Nikola sa stidljivim poku\u0161ajem da se pri tome jo\u0161 i osmehne kako me ne bi \u201dopteretio\u201d.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne pi\u0161em ovo kao nekakvu osudu, nego samo konstatujem na osnovu iskustva iz prakse da ovo postaje sve rasprostranjeniji izazov ljudima. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Niko ovo ne radi sebi namerno, niti u\u017eiva u takvom stanju. Me\u0111utim, da bi to promenio potrebno je da \u201dnamerno\u201d (sa namerom, voljno) ulo\u017ei <strong>smislen trud<\/strong> kako bi to prevazi\u0161ao. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Za\u0161to na\u0161e telo tako reaguje?<\/strong> O \u010demu se ovde radi?<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Emocije<\/strong> imaju svoje biolo\u0161ko utemeljenje. One <strong>nastaju kao konkretna biohemijska promena u na\u0161em mozgu i nervnom sistemu<\/strong>. Dakle, emocije nisu ne\u0161to \u0161to \u201dizmi\u0161ljamo\u201d, nego se realno ostvaruju i u na\u0161em telu.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emocija u su\u0161tini jeste \u201d<strong>energija u pokretu<\/strong>\u201d (energy in motion &#8211; emotion), energija akcionog potencijala nervnog sistema koja je poput elektriciteta koji se kre\u0107e na\u0161im telom u cilju da nas podstakne na odre\u0111enu akciju: strah &#8211; da budemo oprezni i pobegnemo ako smo ugro\u017eeni, ljutnja &#8211; da se borimo da bismo pre\u017eiveli, tuga &#8211; da prihvatimo stvari izvan nas koje ne mo\u017eemo da promenimo\u2026 <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Problem nastaje kada na\u0161e <strong>emocije tokom odrastanja nisu bile vi\u0111ene<\/strong> i kada im nije bila posve\u0107ena ADEKVATNA podr\u0161ka (onakakva kakva je trebala detetu, a ne onakva kakvu je roditelj pru\u017eio &#8211; jer roditelj mo\u017ee da pru\u017ei najbolju podr\u0161ku koju zna, ali to ne zna\u010di da je takva podr\u0161ka u isto vreme i ono \u0161to je samom detetu potrebno).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tada se ne razvije <strong>prirodna sposobnost psihe koja se zove \u201dinterocepcija\u201d<\/strong>, sposobnost koja podrazumeva da mo\u017eemo da <strong>prepoznamo sopstvene emocije u na\u0161em telu.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da bi emocija uradila svoj posao, <strong>nije dovoljno samo da je osvestimo<\/strong>. Na \u0161ta ovde mislim? Na ovo:  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Znate ono kada ste mo\u017eda \u010dak i i\u0161li na psihoterapiju i shvatili za\u0161to ne\u0161to radite i osvestili da to radite npr. iz straha\u2026, ali ne do\u0111e do promene, nego i dalje postupate isto iako ste sada svesni da je to iz straha? Na to mislim\u2026  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nije dovoljno samo da se emocija osvesti. Neophodno je da se ona <strong>svesno i oseti u telu<\/strong>, za \u0161ta je zadu\u017een posebni deo u mozgu (medijalni prefrontalni korteks), jer <strong>tek tada dolazi do autoregulacije<\/strong>, tj. do toga da \u201dpro\u0111e nemir u grudima\u201d, \u201dknedla u grlu\u201d, \u201dgr\u010d u \u017eelucu\u201d&#8230;  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ova sposobnost da svesno osetimo sopstvenu emociju se prirodno r<strong>azvija u sigurnom odnosu<\/strong> sa emotivno zrelom osobom \u010diji mozak je razvio tu sposobnost. Iako su tehnike za razvijanje interocepcije korisne i neophodne, one ostvaruju svoj rezultat <strong>tek kroz odnos<\/strong>, kada se ose\u0107amo sigurno jer mozak mo\u017ee tek tada da se razvija i usvaja nova iskustva. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da, ja vrlo \u010desto imam <strong>bolove i nelagodnost u \u017eelucu, nadutost creva, potrebu za povra\u0107anjem<\/strong>, jer se <strong>ose\u0107am odba\u010deno i od svoje porodice<\/strong> u kojoj sam ro\u0111ena ali i neprihva\u0107eno u porodici u koju sam do\u0161la.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dOsetim \u010desto da mi <strong>ne\u0161to kuva u stomaku<\/strong>, nemam bol nego <strong>ba\u0161 taj neki neprijatan ose\u0107aj<\/strong> koji je tako tek tu, tu stoji nekad i po \u010ditav dan, a nekad ga nema du\u017ei period. Osetim ga <strong>najvi\u0161e na poslu i kada mislim o poslu<\/strong>, tada bude konstantan.\u201d <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dPronalazim se u ovom djelu gde ste napisali \u201c<strong>gr\u010d u \u017eelucu<\/strong>\u201d, konstantno imam tu n<strong>apetost ili ti gr\u010d u stomaku<\/strong> i to mi se javlja <strong>kada ostanem sama kod ku\u0107e<\/strong> (sa dvoje male djece). Imam taj neki strah, napad panike, kada kasno uve\u010de ostanem sama sa njima. Ne znam za\u0161to prije mi se ti problemi nisu javljali.\u201d  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stomak je izuzetno osetljiv deo tela i sa razlogom ovako reaguje jer samo pokazuje da se u nama probudila odre\u0111ena emocija koja ima za cilj da nas pokrene u odre\u0111enom smeru\u2026<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To vidimo i u Knjizi proroka Isaije: \u201dUtroba moja je\u010di kao gusle\u201d (Is 16, 11), kao i u psalmu \u201dzakon je tvoj u utrobi mojoj\u201d (Ps 39,9).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U su\u0161tini, <strong>to su sasvim prirodne reakcije<\/strong> koje se odvijaju, ali problem nastaje u tome \u0161to smo se mi usled mnogih vi\u0161egeneracijskih povreda i trauma toliko otu\u0111ili sami od sebe i savremenim duhom nau\u010dili da bi trebalo da nam bude \u201dsamo prijatno i lagodno\u201d (popi ne\u0161to da pro\u0111e), da uop\u0161te vi\u0161e ne znamo da svesno osetimo senzaciju u stomaku i ne pobegnemo od nje \u201djer je neprijatna\u201d, nego da tome posvetimo malo pa\u017enje kako bismo razumeli \u0161ta nam na\u0161e bi\u0107e poru\u010duje.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160to vi\u0161e poku\u0161avamo ovo da ne osetimo, to \u0107e ose\u0107aj biti prisutniji i vremenom intenzivniji\u2026<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026I to sa valjanim razlogom: Kako bi nam pomogao da obratimo svesnu pa\u017enju na to \u0161ta se u nama doga\u0111a, tj. \u0161ta je ono od \u010dega be\u017eimo. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Telo \u0107e pokazati sve ono \u0161to u na\u0161em umu poku\u0161avamo da izbegnemo.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kao i u primerima sa po\u010detka ovog pisma, mo\u017eda ne \u017eelimo da se suo\u010dimo sa ose\u0107ajem bola \u0161to imamo utisak da smo neprihva\u0107eni, ili nam je \u201dmuka\u201d (emocija koja se zove \u201d<strong>ga\u0111enje<\/strong>\u201d) od toga da toliko dugo \u017eivimo u uverenju da nas \u201dniko ne voli\u201d&#8230; (To ne zna\u010di nu\u017eno da nas zaista niko ne voli, nego da nam to uverenje i na\u010din na koji funkcioni\u0161emo zbog uverenja budi ga\u0111enje kao poziv da to ne prihvatimo)<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ili nismo nau\u010dili da svesno osetimo strah od toga da \u0107emo biti krivi na poslu pa stalno \u017eivimo u streplji u kojoj se u nama ne gasi emocija <strong>alarmiranosti<\/strong> (uzbunjenosti)&#8230;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ili nam mo\u017eda iskustvo ostajanja samih sa decom budi preplavljenost <strong>strahom<\/strong> od toga da \u0107emo ostati sami i bespomo\u0107ni (budu\u0107i da smo u detinjstvu \u010desto bili sami i usamljeni a niko to nije video i posvetio pa\u017enju), a ne znamo kako da svesno osetimo strah i ovladamo njime\u2026<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovo su samo neki od primera\u2026<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dDobro, i kako se to prevazilazi?\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Razumevanje za\u0161to se u nama probudio ose\u0107aj gr\u010da, kuvanja, bola u stomaku \u0107e samo delimi\u010dno pomo\u0107i da psiha dobije malo ve\u0107u izvesnost, ali ne\u0107e potpuno razre\u0161iti stanje u kom smo. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ono \u0161to \u0107e pomo\u0107i da se ovo prevazi\u0111e jeste r<strong>azvijanje sposobnosti da svesno osetimo te nelagodne senzacije u telu<\/strong>, a da pri tome ne poku\u0161avamo da ih oteramo nego da razumemo \u0161ta nam one poru\u010duju i da potom polako ovladamo njima.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kako ovladati njima? <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U mom iskustvu, kako li\u010dnom tako i profesionalnom, <strong>najbolji na\u010din za to jeste molitva<\/strong>. Ali ne bilo kakva molitva, nego molitva u kojoj se trudimo ne samo formalno da izgovaramo re\u010di, nego da sabrane pa\u017enje polako prizivamo Hrista da nas On isceli.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emocije su energija koja je i fiziolo\u0161ki merljiva (akcioni potencijal nervnog sistema). <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Molitva<\/strong> je sinergija (delovanje vi\u0161e energija), odnosno susret <strong>na\u0161ih ljudskih energija i blagodatnih energija Bo\u017eijih.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U molitvi se odvija taj susret Boga i nas u nama i tada se blagoda\u0107u Bo\u017eijom preoblikuju sve energije u nama.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201dStalno ose\u0107amneki nemir u
