I zaista anksioznost jeste mnogo neprijatna\u2026 posebno kada ne razumemo \u201d<strong>za\u0161to nam se to doga\u0111a<\/strong>\u201d. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U ovom pismu podr\u0161ke \u017eelim ukratko da podelim sa tobom za\u0161to se anksioznost naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e javlja i kako se nositi sa njom.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kako bih to \u0161to jednostavnije pribli\u017eio, podeli\u0107u sa tobom dva kra\u0107a opisa mojih klijenata na osnovu kojih \u0107u bolje mo\u0107i da pojasnim:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dOse\u0107am da se gu\u0161im ovako kako \u017eivim i \u010desto sam anksiozna, ali ne dopu\u0161tam sebi promenu i ono \u0161to zaista \u017eelim, <strong>jer ose\u0107am da sam u tom momentu nekom iz mog okru\u017eenja, mom bli\u017enjem potrebnija\u2026<\/strong> Svesno stavim potrebe drugih ispred svojih. Nekada, rekla bih i <strong>zbog straha da \u0107u biti odba\u010dena<\/strong> ili <strong>da ne\u0107u biti dovoljno dobra<\/strong> majka, supruga, \u0107erka, sestra, koleginica&#8230;\u201d <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dIzbegavam da se posvetim sebi i promeni, jer <strong>imam strah da \u0107u onda izgubiti odnose sa bliskim ljudima<\/strong>. Strah da postoji mogu\u0107nost da \u0107u videti da sam sve vreme mo\u017eda birala pogre\u0161ne puteve, a da su zavisili \u017eivoti mnogih ljudi kroz to putovanje. Nedovoljno hrabrosti za vo\u0111enje te\u0161kih razgovora. Strah da ne\u0107u znati dovoljno dobro i na pravi na\u010din re\u0107i ono \u0161to mislim i ose\u0107am. Razumem da posle toga koraka sve \u0107e biti onako kako je najbolje za mene i ljude u mojoj blizini, da \u0107e Bog to urediti kako treba, ali eto i dalje postoji taj <strong>strah da bih mogla da pogre\u0161im i jo\u0161 vi\u0161e se &#8220;zaglibim&#8221;.\u201d<\/strong>    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Anksioznost se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e javlja usled straha od odvajanja<\/strong> (separacioni strah) i gubitka odnosa. O \u010demu se radi? O ovome:  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedna od najdubljih potreba svakog \u010doveka jeste da <strong>bude povezan sa drugima.<\/strong> Ta potreba se zove <strong>privr\u017eenost<\/strong> (ata\u010dment). Sa njom se ra\u0111amo i kada ona nije na adekvatan na\u010din podmirivana od na\u0161eg detinjstva, strah od gubitka odnosa sve vi\u0161e raste, ali po\u0161to <strong>nemamo dovoljno siguran odnos mi ne mo\u017eemo svesno da osetimo taj strah<\/strong> iako ga postajemo svesni. Zato ljudi \u010desto ka\u017eu: \u201d<strong>Znam ja da nema smisla da se pla\u0161im toga, ali d\u017eaba\u2026 i dalje se pla\u0161im<\/strong>\u201d &#8211; i to je istina, jer su svesni da se u njima probudio strah, ali nisu imali priliku da u sigurnom odnosu nau\u010de da ga osete kako bi ga prevazi\u0161li.    <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Strah, anksioznost i poverenje u Hristu I Dr Danilo Mihajlovi\u0107\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/T_FV2A_5CEk?list=PL2Fk_fMRWSEDnqZiTNpPM0B1kvr48EAIn\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ne zna\u010di da su roditelji nu\u017eno bili \u201dlo\u0161i\u201d i neadekvatni, nego da <strong>jedna od najve\u0107ih de\u010dijih potreba jednostavno nije bila podmirena.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kako je ovo uop\u0161te mogu\u0107e? Tako \u0161to ni sami roditelji usled razli\u010ditih \u017eivotnih okolnosti \u010desto nisu nau\u010dili da posvete pa\u017enju onome \u0161ta se u njima samima budi i kako da se nose sa sopstvenim strahovima (potiskuju ih, negiraju, prebacuju na druge, preplavljuju ih strahovi\u2026). <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jednostavno je: Ako roditelj ne zna da ve\u017ee pertle, ne\u0107e mo\u0107i tome da nau\u010di ni sopstveno dete. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako roditelj nije nau\u010dio da prevazi\u0111e svoj strah, ne\u0107e mo\u0107i ni detetu da pomogne u tome. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taj <strong>strah od gubitka odnosa sa roditeljem jeste generator anksioznosti<\/strong> i mo\u017ee da bude prouzrokovan raznim okolnostima koje su nas zadesile: Bolest jednog od roditelja; boravak deteta u bolnici bez prisustva roditelja; smrt roditelja; razvod; rat i izbegli\u0161tvo; dugoro\u010dno ostavljanje deteta kod bake i deke zbog rada u inostranstvu ili drugih razloga\u2026 <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedan od najve\u0107ih i naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih razloga je veoma specifi\u010dan: <strong>Fizika prisutnost<\/strong> roditelja ali njegova emotivna nedostupnost i sposobnost da se pove\u017ee sa svojim detetom <strong>u samom detetu stimuli\u0161e strah od gubitka odnosa po malo, ali konstantno\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sve ove situacije iako jesu bolne, ne zna\u010de nu\u017eno da se iz njih mora razviti anksioznost kod deteta. Od \u010dega to zavisi? Od toga <strong>da li su roditelji videli \u0161ta se doga\u0111a u njihovom detetu, posvetili tome pa\u017enju onakvu kakva je detetu (a ne njima) bila potrebna<\/strong> i ukoliko je potrebno potra\u017eili stru\u010dnu podr\u0161ku.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160ta ovde \u010desto buni ljude jeste slede\u0107e: <strong>\u201dAli moji roditelji su mi ba\u0161 bili posve\u0107eni, to kod mene nije bio slu\u010daj, a mu\u010di me anksioznost!\u201d.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201dBiti posve\u0107en\u201d<\/strong> i <strong>\u201dbiti emotivno zreo i prisutan\u201d<\/strong> u \u017eivotu svog deteta, nije isto. Roditelj mo\u017ee da bude posve\u0107en detetu i \u010dak preplavljuju\u0107 svojom pa\u017enjom iz svojih sopstvenih potreba (npr. jer je roditelj usamljen; tako se nosi sa svojim strahovima\u2026), ali da uop\u0161te ne prime\u0107uje strah koji se budi u njegovom detetu, ili da ga primeti i \u201dpoku\u0161ava da ga ute\u0161i\u201d ne shvataju\u0107i da je detetu potrebno prvo <strong>da ga nau\u010di da primeti i oseti svoj strah<\/strong>, a ne da ga \u201dspa\u0161ava od njegovog straha\u201d.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">..I onda dete i kasnije kroz \u017eivot kao odrasla osoba ostane \u201dzapetljano\u201d u takvom na\u010dinu povezivanja sa svojim bli\u017enjima \u0161to samo podi\u017ee nivo anksioznosti\u2026 s<strong>ve dok ta osoba ne po\u010dne da posve\u0107uje adekvatnu pa\u017enju tome u sebi tako \u0161to \u0107e prona\u0107i barem jedan odnos sa emotivno zrelom osobom<\/strong>, odnos u kom \u0107e se ose\u0107ati dovoljno sigurno da nau\u010di da svesno oseti i prevazi\u0111e strah u svom telu kada se on budi.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Psihoterapija koja uklju\u010duje<strong> rad na telu<\/strong> (i to posebno <strong>grupna psihoterapija<\/strong> sa osobama sa istim izazovom) se pokazala kao izuetno efikasna u prevazila\u017eenju anksioznosti. Upravo je to moj pristup na programu <a href=\"https:\/\/event.webinarjam.com\/register\/11\/n0myofp\">Kako da pomognem sebi.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada se \u010dovek posveti tome da prevazi\u0111e anksioznost, ubrzo do\u0111e do spoznaje da je <strong>anksioznost veliki blagoslov,<\/strong> <strong>jer ga ona natera da se posveti sebi<\/strong> i otkrije koliko toga lepog i dobrog ima u njemu kada jednom nau\u010di da ne be\u017ei od sopstvenog straha. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026Ali dok se tome ne posvetimo, <strong>nerazre\u0161en strah iz detinjstva vremenom po\u010dne da se prenosi i na na\u0161 odnos prema supru\u017eniku, na\u0161oj deci\u2026<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anksioznost zna da bude mnogo neprijatna\u2026 Ljudi koji se bore sa tim stanje anksioznosti opisuju \u201dkao da su u paklu\u201d.
